Qualifications: I have a Masters Degree (with honours) in Applied Piano. In the course of my teaching career at age 28 I became headmistress of a school for children aged 3 to 8 and held this position for eight years. I am a fully accredited member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians. Full members in the private music teachers section are only accepted once proven fully qualified, have been Criminal Records Board checked and are recommended by three existing full members. ISM

Private piano tuition is conducted in Hampstead, London NW3.
Experience studying music with a prestigious, dedicated, fully qualified and young minded teacher at her relaxed and sophisticated premises.
Piano lessons are for all ages, to all levels.
Piano styles: Classical and Jazz - beginners to advanced.
Creative and personalised lessons are individually tailored (especially for children) with a view to keeping your interest in a relaxed and pleasant environment.
Music theory is incorporated within the lesson or taught separately if preferred and/or considered appropriate.
My mission is to encourage and teach students of all ages to learn, perform, improve, listen and develop a passion for music thereby encouraging them to have a lifelong appreciation of this art form.
I also prepare and enrol students for the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM) exams (where required) in Classical & Jazz piano to Diploma levels and Theory Grades 1 to 8 (grade 8 being the highest achievment possible for theory exams). Students will be taught to creatively engage themselves and enjoy music. Of the pupils I teach who do aim for qualifications (most of them) a 100% pass rate has been obtained historically with well over 50% achieving distinctions in their individual exams.
